Redditch Association for the Blind is run and supported by a dedicated team of volunteers.
We could not function without the dedication and support of our volunteers. Our Board and Trustees are all volunteers themselves supported by an additional band of valued volunteers.
What our volunteers do:
Alongside helping to make sure events go smoothly, they also spend time talking and chatting to family members or carers who may also come along. They help make events enjoyable and accessible for the people who attend our events whether these are regular luncheon clubs or one off theatre visits. They work tirelessly in helping with fundraising events.
Benefits of volunteering:
- Helping others feel included
- Giving back to the community
- Feeling valued and part of a team
- Make new friends
