Astwood Bank Carnival
On the 8th July we had a stall at Astwood Bank Carnival, we ran a bottle tombola, a cake stall and a huge thanks to our President Simon Thomas, of Thomas Brothers Funeral Directors, kind donation of a bottle of Champagne we were able to run a separate raffle alongside everything else.
Despite the variable weather we were able to raise a magnificent amount of £577.00, which was amazing.
We would like to thank all the people who attended the Carnival and who visited our stand for their kind donations and for the fun and good humour throughout the day.
We would also like to thank all the people who donated bottles and to trustees, friends and family who baked for England to make sure we had enough cakes! Amazing success, Thank You.
